Donate by Donor Advised Fund
- Call Sally at the Greater Manhattan Community Foundation office, 785-587-8995, ext. 104
Donate by Stock: Must be completed at least one week prior to Match Day
- Fill out the match day donation form
- Call Sally at GMCF office 785-587-8995, ext. 104 to received transfer instructions
- Deliver transfer instructions to your brokerage firm
- Notify GMCF with the following information:
- Name of brokerage firm sending stock
- Name of stock being transferred
- Number of shares being transferred
The completed 2026 Matching Donation Form MUST be submitted to GMCF for all types of donations.
